Pastureland

40% of all ice-free land on Earth already is devoted to growing our crops and raising our livestock.  All pastureland  on Earth collectively occupies an area comparable to the surface area of Africa. (All cropland on Earth collectively occupies an area comparable to the surface area of South America which is about half the size of Africa.)
