Crop circles appear all over the world. The ones I find most beautiful and breathtaking tend to appear in England and, more specifically, in Wiltshire – often adjacent to ancient sacred sites such as Stonehenge and the Avebury Stone Circle.?? That’s where most of the research and interest is occurring at this time.
I wonder… What, if any, is the relationship between the volume, variety, symbolism, and complexity of the circles and our attention on them?
Following: 1) photos of the circles, 2) the geometry required to create each circle, 3) the circle design after subtracting what is not needed from the geometry, and 4) an original piece of art.
Most of the artistic pieces that have emerged from the crop circles are mandalas. Mandalas are designs of sacred geometry symbolizing the Universe as a Whole. They represent the Soul or Higher Self within us remembering Itself. Contemplating mandalas helps us heal our sense of spiritual fragmentation and assists us in manifesting creative energy, optimism, and the Light within.
